Help is at Hand

Growing up can be difficult. There are lots of changes going on both physically and emotionally. Families and friends are constantly changing and making desicions can be really hard, especially if you don't have the right information and support.

Good news- Help is at Hand

As a young person growing up in Stockton on Tees there are lots of services available to give you that help and support on issues such as sex, relationships, drugs, alcohol, peer pressure and smoking.

The great news is that services are confidential!!

Use this site, which has been set up especially for young people to explore different areas which you may have questions about. Each section will provide you with useful information which will help you make healthy and informed decisions and if you want further advice you will find lots of different services that can help.
